Bodies of the Association of Macedonian Geography Professors – "LJUBE MILENKOVSKI, PHD"- Skopje:

ASSEMBLY

The Assembly members meet when necessary, at least once a year. The session of the Assembly is convened by the President of the Assembly. The members of the assembly can be represented by their delegates with authorization. The General Meeting of the Association is determined by the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.

EXECUTIVE BOARD

The Executive Board consists of:

  • Nevenka Stoeva
  • Ljupco Velkovski
  • Stanka Arnautova

The Executive Board of the Association of Macedonian Geography Professors – "PROF. DR LJUBE MILENKOVSKI "- Skopje:

  • prepares the meetings of the Assembly;
  • prepares the draft versions of the Statute and other decisions in order to be adopted by the Assembly;
  • adopts and implements an annual work program;
  • may form a professional service and is allowed to supervise its work;
  • manages and it is responsible for managing the assets of the association;
  • prepares annual or periodic reports on its work;
  • implements statutory tasks of the Association;
  • implements the decisions and conclusions of the Assembly;
  • convenes meetings of the Assembly and prepares material;
  • adopts a decision on the establishment of permanent and temporary committees and directs work levels;
  • adopts appropriate regulations, accepts agreements and contracts;
  • organizes and actively participates in organizing various activities and events;
  • makes decisions on awards and certificates;
  • make decisions on complaints and appeals;
  • performs other duties arising from the needs of the Statute.

SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Supervisory Board consists of:

  • Valentina Fidanovski
  • Juliana Hinikj
  • Dejan Nakovski

The Supervisory Board supervises and controls the implementation of the provisions of this Statute and controls the intended funds and incomes of the Association of Macedonian Geography Professors – "LJUBE MILENKOVSKI, PHD"- Skopje.

The Supervisory Board consists of 3 members, with a mandate of 4 years, with the possibility of reelection. The supervisory board members are elected from among the members of the Assembly.
