Map of Solar Eclipse

March 20 is the day when there is the vernal equinox, i.e. day and night are approximately equal.
Solar eclipse will block about 90 percent of the sunlight and will be the largest event of its kind in 16 years. On March 20 the moon on its path will be found between the Sun and the Earth so that the Earth will fall shade that will cause rare as full solar eclipse. The Solar eclipse will block about 90 percent of the sunlight and will be visible from all over Europe. The full eclipse will be visible to residents of northern Scandinavia and the Faroe Islands. This phenomenon will last 2 minutes and 23 seconds, while in Europe, North Africa and Russia the duration of the "spectacle" will be 90 minutes. For residents of the Balkan Peninsula visibility of the eclipse of the Sun will be 50%. The maximum duration of the eclipse will be two minutes and 47 seconds a distance of 300 km east of Iceland, the Norwegian Sea. The new full eclipse visible in Europe will not be the 2026th
